Shun 6" Classic Ultimate Utility Knife

The Shun DM074 6" Classic Ultimate Utility Knife are designed with sharper blades. The intense 16 degree point of Shun edges won't curve or waver because of the hardness of the VG-10 steel center. Made from high-carbon stainless steel, the edges resist rusting and keep up their razor sharpness for a significant amount of time. The handles are made of a pitch and hardwood combination known as Pakkawood, and structure a "D" or slight tear-drop profile. The Shun DM074 16" Classic Ultimate Utility Knife blades are dishwasher-safe, yet can be well maintained when hand-washed and dried.
