General Terms

If within 30 days; within 15 days for computers and tablets; within 120 days for mattresses, of your purchase, you find the exact same merchandise (brand and model) currently sold and in stock for less by any local authorized dealer or designated major online retailer, we will beat their price.

Items sold by third party marketplaces are not included. Offers that include bonus discounts or free items, special financing, installation, rebates, limited quantity items, clearance items and limited-time offers are excluded. Due to certain manufacturer's restrictions, some items and brands are excluded from NFM price adjustments.

If NFM offers the same product within the above time frames, we'll refund the difference. Bring in the verifiable proof of the lower price, plus your original NFM receipt. Low Price Guarantee and price matching cannot be combined with other offers.

If you do not feel that the merchandise you purchased is appropriate in your home, you may return the item for reselection, credit or refund. Items must be returned within 30 days; within 14 days for appliances computers, tablets and wireless phones; within 120 days for mattresses. To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with accessories, instructions, original box and packaging (if item was picked up). Merchandise not meeting these requirements may not be accepted for return or will be assessed a restocking charge. Returns without a receipt may be accepted for in‑store credit only.
