Eligibility

Protection Plan Payback

Eligible 5–year or 10–year plans purchased on or after September 29th, 2026.

If you don’t file an approved claim during the term of your eligible 5–year or 10–year SquareTrade Protection Plan, you may request a reimbursement equal to 50% of the price you paid for the plan (excluding taxes and other fees).

• Buy any 5–year or 10–year eligible Protection Plan on or after September 29, 2026
• At the end of your plan’s term, if you haven’t had any approved service claims, you can submit a request for reimbursement equal to 50% of the price you paid for the plan (excluding taxes and other fees)
• Eligible requests will receive a voucher for use in an NFM store or online at NFM.com

Only 5–year and 10–year plans purchased on or after September 29, 2026, are eligible for the Protection Plan Payback. Customers must submit requests for reimbursement toSquareTrade within 90 days of the expiration of the term of an eligible Protection Plan. Requests before the plan expires are not eligible. Customers with an NFM Revolving Charge Account will only be eligible if their account is in good standing at the time of the Plan Payback request. Reimbursement will be in the form of a voucher that can be used at NFM stores and online and will expire one year after issuance.
