Protect Your Mattress
Add a Mattress Protector to your order to be eligible for our Comfort Guarantee.
A mattress protector is a great way to keep your mattress safe from stains, spills, and accidents. Most mattress protectors offer moisture wicking to keep you and your mattress dry through the night. They also help eliminate the threat of bacteria, bed bugs and dust mites.
A mattress protector also gives you the option to reselect a new mattress if need be. It takes some time for a brand‑new mattress to feel just right. So, we suggest sleeping on it for at least 30 days before you consider reselecting. After that time, if it hasn't met your expectations, you may exchange your mattress purchase.
How to Qualify & Protect Your Purchase
- Because it takes time for your mattress to feel just right, we require waiting 30 days before reselection.
- Excludes special orders, final sales, floor samples, and adjustable bases.
- If, after 30 days, and before 120 days, you have not reached your desired level of comfort, you may exchange your mattress for the same size mattress one time. A $69.99 restocking fee is required.
- Mattress sales are final sale unless a non-refundable mattress protection pad is purchased from NFM at the time of mattress purchase.
- Your mattress must be clean, undamaged, free from stains and the “do not remove under penalty of law” label must be intact.
- A mattress protection pad must be purchased from NFM at the time of your mattress order (mattress protection pads are non-refundable).
- Standard transportation/delivery charges apply. Free delivery promotions do not apply on exchanges under this policy.
- All exchanges must be for the same size mattress set.
- Mattress returns outside this policy are subject to additional restocking fees or denial of return.
- The customer is responsible for the transportation of the product, which means they need to switch it out themselves or pay a pick-up fee for the original items, or a delivery fee for the new item(s). The customer is responsible for the transportation of the reselected product and pick-up fees for the original item.
