Sweepstakes Description: The NFM Win Your Order Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on March 5, 2025 and ends on March 11, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Participation in the Sweepstakes does not constitute participation in any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Nebraska Furniture Mart, Inc., 700 S 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68114 ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility: Open only to legal United States residents residing in Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) or older in Nebraska). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Persons with a criminal activity history involving Sponsor or who have otherwise been barred from doing business with Sponsor are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or to claim an award.

How To Enter:

1. With Purchase. Make a "Qualifying Purchase" during the Sweepstakes Period and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes by visiting www.nfmwinyourordersweepstakes.com. For purposes of these Official Rules, a "Qualifying Purchase" is any purchase of in-stock merchandise made at a participating NFM store or on NFM.com of $399 or more. In the event an individual makes multiple separate purchases in a single day during the Sweepstakes Period, they cannot enter more than once. All purchases in a single day will be considered to consist of a single order for purposes of entry.
2. No purchase necessary: To enter without making a purchase (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE") during the Sweepstakes Period, (1) go to https://easyscanamoe.com/easyscan/default_en/enter?amoe_key=8ophb6x2ig (the "AMOE Website"), and complete the Entry Request ("Request") form in its entirety with your full name, email address, complete mailing address (including city, state and zip code), date of birth and telephone number. Once the Request form is completed, follow the instructions to print out the form and affix the barcode to a post card with first class postage. Mail the Request to: Nebraska Furniture Mart Sweepstakes Entry, 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 300, Dallas, Texas 75234. All Requests must be mailed. Limit one barcode per postcard. All Requests must be received by March 17, 2025. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail.

Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at www.nfm.com/privacy-policy. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.

The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. NOTE: Participation must be by the participant and only as directed in these Official Rules. Participation by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any website or other platform, including but not limited to commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed completed by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at time of purchase/registration, as long as such person is otherwise eligible in compliance with these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, wireless carrier, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Winner Selection And Notification: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected by representatives of Sponsor from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit their prize and, in the case of prizes only, an alternate prize winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential prize winners in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or decline the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize: One (1) Prize is available with a maximum Prize value of $1,500.00 (the "Maximum Prize Value"). The Prize consists of (1) reimbursement of your Qualifying Purchase/s in the form of a check in an amount up to the Maximum Prize Value, plus, if required, an NFM Gift Card for any amount remaining less than the Maximum Prize Value; or (b) a gift card for the Maximum Prize Value ("NFM Gift Card"), as further described below. Possession must be taken of "Qualifying Purchase" by 8:00 CST on March 31, 2025 to be eligible for reimbursement. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Prize Conditions: Winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Any potential winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively "Prize Claim Documents"). If winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Completing the required documentation sent by Sponsor constitutes acceptance of an award. Prize awarded will be sent via U.S. mail within thirty (30) days of date of completion of the Prize Claim Documents. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the total amount of the award received. If any entrant is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these "Official Rules" or decline the award for any reason prior to award, such participant will be disqualified. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Once a winner has been reimbursed for a Qualifying Purchase/s, any product included in a Qualifying Purchase will then be considered an award and will no longer be eligible for cash returns or refunds, but instead subject to in-store credit.

General: Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen, entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes arising from or related to these rules, including whether the dispute is arbitrable and the scope of this arbitration agreement, shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by a single arbitrator in accordance with the federal arbitration act. The arbitration shall be governed by and construed by federal law to the fullest extent possible. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the arbitration shall take place in the largest U.S. city within 100 miles of participant's permanent residence. Judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Except where prohibited by law, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any award provided shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Nebraska without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law official rules (whether of the state of Nebraska or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Nebraska. Solely to the extent that this arbitration and dispute provision is deemed inapplicable, exclusive choice of law jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the laws of the State of Nebraska before the courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, any indirect, exemplary, special, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages or loss of goodwill. The total liability of sponsor for any reason under the sweepstakes an/or these official rules shall be limited to one hundred ($100) dollars.

Winner's List: Any legally required winners list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: NFM Sweepstakes Winners, c/o SCA Promotions, 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 300, Dallas, Texas 75234. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
