Meet the Hosts

Becca Sudbeck, Host
Becca Sudbeck, GM Brand & Creative, has a long history rooted in the Home Furnishings industry.
As a fourth‑generation member of the legendary Blumkin family, Becca leads the brand strategy for NFM.
Becca earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. With a minor in Economics, she completed coursework through Oxford University’s Economics program and studied abroad with the Semester at Sea program, which focuses on global enrichment through hands-on studies in multiple countries across the world.
After earning her degree, Becca joined the family business, NFM. In addition to being a Senior Buyer for multiple categories at NFM, she also held a key role on the Supply Chain leadership.
She has been recognized as an up-and-coming leader in the Home Furnishings industry, being twice named to Home Furnishings News’s “Top 40 Under 40” list, which recognizes top talent under age 40. She was also awarded a “Rising Star Award&rd quo; from Furniture Today for her contributions to both the Home Furnishings industry and the community.
Becca lives in Omaha, NE with her husband Rory, and three children Brody, Miles and Molly.

Hilary Woltemath, Host
Hilary Woltemath, Visual Display General Manager, has been in the merchandising world forever.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Nebraska with a minor in Textiles, Clothing and Design.
As a shopaholic who lived in a rural community, college meant she would finally get to work at the mall. She took full advantage, working for Clinique and Victoria’s Secret. It was during overnight floor sets that she discovered a love for merchandising.
Her passion lead to a position at NFM as a Visual Merchandiser. She quickly moved up the ranks, becoming a Visual Manager in Kansas City and then a crucial part of the team to help open NFM of Texas, the largest home Furnishings store in America.
Hilary is proud of her hometown of Hamburg, Iowa where she was Popcorn Day Queen and later, Carnival Queen. Hilary is quite literally, royalty.

Tyler Wisecup, Host
Tyler Wisecup, Brand Manager, has a love for storytelling and a long history with NFM.
His education, coupled with life experience as a homeowner, make him just dangerous enough to ask a competent question or two.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a focus in Public Relations/Advertising from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. During this time, he worked several jobs including NFM, first as a Display Specialist and then as a Machine Operator.
He spent his early career in the nonprofit world as a campaign coordinator, fundraiser, and trainer.
Tyler came back to NFM to work in the Operational Excellence department, then joined the Brand team to follow his passion for campaign coordination and storytelling.
In his free time, Tyler makes movies—nothing he wants anyone to see yet. He lives in Omaha, NE with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs, Scout and Rupert.
