Your choice of 5 edge profiles, standard fabrication and standard installation. All specialty fabrication requests, or additional services will be at an additional charge.

Although Natural Stone and Quartz materials are heat, scratch and stain resistant, we always recommend using a trivet and a cutting board.

Standard thickness for Natural Stone and Quartz countertops is 3cm. Some colors may be available in 2cm and 1cm thicknesses. Please see one of our countertop experts for more information.

This depends on the accessibility of the job site, the overall size and shape of the countertop, product type, and overall slab size (Slab sizes vary from product to product).

NFM does not sell full slabs to consumers.

NFM will template and install countertops within a 60-mile radius of the NFM Store. Additional mileage charges will be applied to orders that are outside of the 60-mile radius, up to 100-miles. Ask sales professional for more details.

Our goal from the time of final payment to installation is approximately 3-4 weeks. Please be aware lead times may be extended due to custom fabrication, material availability, special order products, and/or changes made to the order after final payment.

Natural stone materials such as Granite, Marble, and Quartzite will include pits, fissures, color variations, shade variations, and finish variations. These inherent characteristics are not considered to be flaws. Please see one of our countertop experts for more information.
