How to book an appointment and get the answers you need

NFM’s sales experts provide personalized assistance for customers shopping across multiple departments, needing help with complex purchases, and/or wanting to shop virtually with a sales professional from the comfort of their own home.  Concierge Services are designed to streamline the shopping experience and provide coordination between the product categories and ways a customer prefers to shop. 

Any customer who:

  • Wants to work with one salesperson across multiple categories
  • Prefers guided shopping for a large-scale project
  • Prefers to shop virtually in lieu of coming into the store
  • Is relocating and needs help furnishing a whole home
  • Needs to shop from a distance for a family member or friend
  • Is completing a project for a nonprofit organization

The following services are offered free to all customers:

  • In-Store Appointments: A sales expert will meet you at the front door and guide you through the shopping process so that you don’t have to try to find help in different areas of the store.  Appointments can be booked online via the “Appointments” option under “Services” on NFM.com.
  • Virtual Appointments: Shopping from a distance or unable to make it into the store in person? No problem! Customers can browse our products and even make purchases via virtual appointments with a Sales Expert. Appointments can be booked online via the “Appointments” option under “Services” on NFM.com.
  • Single Point of Contact: Your sales expert will be your go-to as you complete your project or purchase. After your initial introduction, they’ll provide you with an email and phone number that can be used to communicate all follow-up directly with them.

There are a few unique products for which NFM offers extra specialized service to ensure you get exactly what you need. While your sales expert will not be able to sell these products directly, they will connect you with a fellow NFM colleague who can.

  • Wall-to-wall carpet and hard-surface flooring products
  • Home theater installation products (specifically provided by NFM EDIC – Electronics Design & Installation Services)
  • Luxury/commercial appliances
  • Wireless mobile
  • Commercial or builder sales (specifically provided by NFM ProServices)

No. Concierge sales experts help customers shop across multiple departments and coordinate purchases, but they do not create design plans or manage home layouts. However, if a customer is interested in interior design assistance, NFM does have designers available through the Design Gallery.
