Apollo Athletics, Inc. 64" Hexagonal Bar

Apollo Athletics 64" Hexagonal Bar is a specialty Olympic weightlifting bar designed to hold heavy loads while performing shrugs and deadlifts. The bar has a hexagonal shape that prevents it from rolling away and provides stability during exercises. The bar features two sets of knurled handles spaced 6.5 inches apart high and low, allowing lifters different grip placement options and load height positioning for multiple exercises performed. The high handle length is 11.25" and the handle diameter is 1.26" with knurling. The high handles are spaced 23.75" apart on center, and the low handles are spaced 23.50" apart on center. The inside width is 22.5" front to back. The bar has a 500-pound load capacity and 12.75" sleeve length on each side, making it perfect for heavy-duty training to build strength and size in quads, hamstrings, and traps. The bar is made of 14-gauge (0.08") steel square tube frame construction (1.57" x 1.57") with a black powder-coated finish.
