Its 30" oven comes pre-equipped with an infrared broiler can produce restaurant-quality searing and the 18" non-convection oven is perfect for rapid pre-heating. The 8 dual stacked burners on the cooktop provide different flame levels to enable you easily handle various recipes. The burners are equipped with a sensor that keeps track of the flame when cooking. If the flame goes off, these sensors inform the Spark ignition system that in turn re-ignites the burner. The staunch stainless steel body makes sure that the Wolf GR488-LP 48" 8 Burner Range will be an integral part of your kitchen for many years.- Continuous cast iron grates in cooktop accounts for seamless movement amongst burners
