EXCLUSIONS
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
• If your merchandise was delivered and you wish to have NFM pickup the
merchandise from your home, you will be charged for:
1. The original delivery fee.
2. A pickup charge equivalent to the original delivery charge.
If you return your merchandise to NFM, you will only be assessed
the original delivery fee.
3. If you reselect, you will be charged a separate delivery fee
on the new order in addition to the above fees.
MISCELLANEOUS LABOR FEES
• Fees such as equipment setup, assembly, Appliance and Electronics installation
charges, Flooring installation charges and other miscellaneous fees are not refundable.
FABRIC PROTECTION AND LEATHER CARE
• Once Fabric Protection and Leather Care has been applied to your merchandise,
the charges for this protection are not refundable.
READY TO ASSEMBLE FURNTURE
• Ready to Assemble furniture cannot be returned once the box has been
opened.
COMPUTERS, HOME OFFICE, CELLULAR
TELEPHONES AND CAMCORDERS AND PHOTO PRODUCTS
• Computers, computer peripherals/accessories, cellular telephones, camcorders,
and cameras may be returned within 14 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee
will be assessed on any open box or returned item not in original packaging.
COMPUTER MEMORY/SOFTWARE/CDs/VIDEO
GAMES/MOVIES/FLOOR SAMPLES/FINAL SALE OR
CLEARANCE CENTER MERCHANDISE
• Because of the special nature of these items, all sales are considered
final. Therefore, the 30 day return policy does not apply to these items. (Defective
software will be exchanged for same title only within 30 days).
60 Day Sleep Guarantee
We want you to have the best night sleep possible. Buying the correct mattress with the help of our
factory trained salespeople is the first step into making that happen. However, sometimes a mattress
just doesn’t work out at home. For that reason we offer the Mattress Sleep Guarantee.
Buying a new mattress is like picking out a new pair of shoes. It takes a little time for it to feel
“just right.” We ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days before considering
selecting a new mattress.
Details:
1. One time exchange.
2. No returns on special orders, adjustable beds, or floor sample mattress sales.
3. You will purchase a Mattress Protection Pad at time of order from NFM. If not available online, please call 800-359-1200 to order.
4. Delivery charges for the new and pick-up of mattresses.
5. Mattress must be clean, undamaged and unstained.
SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE
• NFM will assess a minimum of 25% fee for customers who cancel or return
special order items. Cut yardage (fabric or flooring), pillows, futon covers,
mattress pads and paid part orders are not refundable. No exceptions please.
