Ricky Stidham
I have been with NFM since June 2003 when I started
in the Kansas City store as a Salesperson in Living
Room Sales. I am currently the Sales Manager for the
KC Flooring Department. I make sure that the Flooring
Sales area runs smooth and that our sales staff are
well trained. I make sure that our sales staff give
our customers the highest level of service, ensuring
that they have a good experience at The Mart. I like
working at NFM because of the great family atmosphere
and the growth opportunities that NFM provides. |

Carrie Davis
I have been with NFM since June of 1992 when I started
as a part-time cashier in Omaha. I was a Salesperson
in the Bedding department in Omaha for seven years
and a Sales Manager for 5 years. In April 2003, I transferred
to the KC store as a Sales Manager. Currently, I am
a Sales Trainer. I provide training and development
to our sales staff and management, as well as anything
else that comes my way! I like working at NFM because
of the opportunities that I have had and the relationships
that I have built. |

Syd Ruiz
I have been with NFM since May 2003 when I started
in KC as a Floor Manager in Furniture sales. I
was then promoted to Sales Manager in Living Room sales.
I am currently the Warehouse Furniture Repair Manager
for the Kansas City store. The things that I
have enjoyed the most about NFM are the career advancement
opportunities and the continuous career development. |

Shane Pohlman
I started with NFM in January 2001 in our Omaha
location as an hourly sales associate. I was promoted
to a Lead in Electronics shortly after and then transferred
to our KC location as a manager. I am currently the
Merchandising Manager. I oversee all of the marketing,
advertising and presentation of product on the sales
floor. I enjoy working at NFM because it is a business
that runs like a family. Everyone is always willing
to help you out with anything that you may need. There
is a great amount of teamwork in our company. NFM also
treats the employees very well in regards to benefits
and a great working environment. I also enjoy all of
the promotions that our store runs that are typically
not executed by a retail establishment, such as the
Wheel of Fortune try out.
